I collaborated with Hi! Holistic Interaction to create this project. As a UXer, I participated in creating the complete flow of the UserEmotion platform, with the goal of promoting EmotioCX and Kano for CX services, making it easy for users to understand what they offer and the incentives to sign up.
My goal was to design a visually clear, intuitive, and engaging experience; my role was responsible for all screens, flows, color palettes, iconography, and visual elements.
In this project, the core visual was designed to create an experience that was not only beautiful but also emotionally connected with users. We wanted each screen to convey confidence, clarity, and closeness, so that people felt they were talking to someone who understood their needs.
We selected colors that conveyed professionalism but also warmth, simple and user-friendly icons that made each step easy to understand, and a typography that was effortless to read. Every detail was designed to make the user feel that the journey was fluid and natural, and that each element helped them easily understand how they could take advantage of EmotioCX and Kano for CX services.
The visual design of this project was designed to generate an authentic connection with users. We wanted each element to convey trust, warmth, and clarity, so that those who navigate the flow feel supported and easily understand the value of the services we offer.
TWe chose tones that convey professionalism and closeness, ensuring that each user feels comfortable and confident from the very first moment, using the brand's foundations.
We selected fonts that were effortless to read, ensuring that important information was easy to understand and that the navigation felt natural and fluid.
We designed simple and user-friendly icons.
