Story

As a UXer, I participated in the comprehensive redesign of the Smiles website, focusing on improving the experience in key processes such as mileage purchases, transfers, and checkout.

My work consisted of conducting a preliminary needs analysis and, at the same time, incorporating competency benchmarking to better understand areas for improvement and then generate proposals aligned with the client's requirements and the brand book received.

The visual design of the Smiles website redesign was designed to convey trust, simplicity, and closeness, aligning with the program's visual identity and facilitating a clear and fluid user experience.

Designs

I began with a user needs analysis and market research to understand audience behavior and expectations. I then developed wireframes and prototypes, applying the brandbook's visual guidelines and considering user experience best practices. Finally, I supervised the implementation and conducted tests to validate the changes.

I collaborated on the creation of component proposals and visual elements aligned with the Smiles brandbook guidelines, which included orange, white, and purple colors specific to the mileage program.
